
YOGA WARRIOR RETREAT DAY 2.
A day devoted to learning how yoga and nutrition can help you stay fitter and stronger for FAR longer.

In this retreat day learn:
- About the importance of muscle as we age for SO many reasons!
- Why focusing on your weight and restrictive diets is the wrong focus, and might actually be counter-productive to your healthier future self!
- The role of nutrition and protein in ageing well. Why does it matter and are you getting enough?
- The role of exercise for longevity. How yoga and resistance training can significantly improve, your strength, prevent weakening and actually reduce your chances of some of the most common diseases associated with getting older.
I want you to come away from this day with far more than you would from just a yoga class or a spa day.
I want you to walk away feeling revitalised and with your own personal strength plan so you defy the stereotype of getting older and live life to the full for as long as possible.
There is NO reason we can't stay Warriors well into our 70's, 80's and beyond.
It actually starts in our 30's! But it's never too late!
