Stop chasing hype.
Build a steady, reliable yoga business.
A free guide and podcast for yoga teachers over 40 who want to earn consistently — without burning out or chasing the latest thing.
If you’re teaching good classes but your income still feels unpredictable, you don’t need another strategy.
You need the right foundations, in the right order.
What this is
This free resource is for teachers who are:
- Tired of being told to do more.
- Quietly worried about unreliable income.
- Wanting something sustainable - not flashy; not exhausting.
What this is not:...
- It's not about six fgures.
- It's not about going viral.
- And it's definitely not about hustling harder.
It's about building something calm, reliable and grounded that actually supports you.
What you'll learn
Inside the free guide and podcast, I share:
- Why doing more rarely fixes inconsistent income
- The foundations most yoga teachers are never taught
- How to build reliability before trying to scale anything
These are the same principles I’ve used for over a decade to build a steady part-time income teaching yoga —
and helping other yoga teachers do the same.
Who is this for?
This is for you if:
You’re a yoga teacher over 40
You want to earn consistently from your teaching
You value integrity, sustainability, and long-term thinking
This probably isn’t for you if you’re looking for:
shortcuts
hype
or “overnight success”
And that’s intentional. You didn't master a headstand overnight is my guess....

ABOUT ME:
Hi, I’m Shona.
I’ve been practising yoga for over 50 years and teaching it for over a decade now.
I’ve built two successful businesses starting at 50 — one before yoga, and one within it — and I know firsthand what it’s like to figure things out the hard way.
I’m not interested in promising the world.
I am interested in helping good teachers build something they can rely on — financially and personally — without burning out.
A note on money
You’ll hear numbers like £2k–£4k per month mentioned in this resource — not as a promise, but as a realistic example of what steady, part-time teaching can look like when the foundations are right.
I know this because it's what I've done.
But the focus is reliability first.
Everything else builds from there.

Start with clarity.
Take things in the right order.
And see what feels possible again.
No hype. No pressure.
